You guys! Vegetables can jam too! Who knew?
Maybe you cool kids knew, but this gal was blown away by the results. I am familiar with strawberry, blueberry, and even that spicy red pepper jam stuff that was ALL THE RAGE a few years ago. But this jam is like a whole new creature. Okay, maybe more like a cousin, since we will use a similar jam making technique here, but it tastes like no other jam that came before.
